We want a Star Trek solution where we have an energy engine to blast us into the future at warp speed. In reality we have simply set humanity up for a crash landing back to hard scrabble existence once collapse of our hyper-complex “modern” systems crumble. Our population density and total number of living beings will be adjusted to fit natural limits by Nature. This adjustment will undoubtedly occur much quicker than we want to imagine; and with more brutal force than we want to endure. We have entered the era of paradise burning to ashes. No island town is safe.

Since I'm spanish (and thus I write in spanish), I take the data from Red Electrica Española, that is a pretty complete database about generation, demand, power, etc for the whole electrical grid.
